PURCHASE
Terms are FOB shipping point / FOB Origin. Ownership/Title changes at time your order is shipped. Your purchase on our website will require you to declare a valid credit card, debit card or other payment method offered on our website. Payment must be received in full prior to acceptance of an order. By placing your order and payment information, you certify that your information submitted is true, correct and complete, and you have obtained the legal right to use such payment method.

TAXES
Unless an approved authorized Reseller provides us with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate prior to placing an order, you are responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with your order. Sales tax will be charged at the time of transaction at the current rate.

Tracking information:
Once your order is processed and your package is tendered to the carrier, we will notify you by email with tracking information.
Return Policy:
We fully endorse the quality of our collagen products.
Products directly purchased from this website may be returned by the buyer by contacting us within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase for a full refund less shipping and handling, provided the product is unopened and remains sealed.
Please write to info@collamin.be to obtain an RMA number. Return products without an authorised RMA number cannot be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.
In case you already opened the product and were not satisfied, please email your comments and an RMA request to info@collamin.be and jcastro@collamin.be and our customer service team will review each concern.
Replacements or refund does not, in any event, constitute any admission of any kind by Jonathan Castro or by Collamin. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims.
Holiday Schedule:
We elect to be closed for all Belgian public holidays and process orders the following business day.
