Avocado toast

A new way to eat your toast

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 scoop of collagen
  • ½ cup of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Toasted bread
  • Olive oil
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g cheese

Preparation:

In a small bowl, combine avocado, lemon juice, collagen salt, and pepper. Gently mash with the back of a fork. Top toasted bread with mashed avocado mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over cheese and the tomatoes.
