Fat burning smoothie

A really sweet and fulfilling smoothie that burns fat.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of vegetable milk (almonds, coconut)
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 scoop of collagen

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients and blend them until smooth. Serve immediately.
